For location :
"Services to be provided at a location determined by <Contractor Company> Limited"
Ups the D&C points too

That's where it gets complicated and political, the extension lists the site I'm currently at but which they will have sold by the time the extension comes inOriginally posted by TheFaQQer View PostWhat does the contract currently say about working location?
If there is a site detailed there, then get it changed to your office location "or other mutually agreed location" (or something like that).
So I can't sign it yet becauses it's wrong and list the site I currently visit
The bad thing is because of redundancy procedures with a lot of the permies being tied into a business case for moving the site, they haven't 'officially' decided on a site (Even though I know unofficially they have) so difficult to get that right yet...so I've got to stall on the renewal arrangements but with three months to go it's not a big issue yet
The agency as usual have just sent out a copy of the old extension with the dates changed
Mutually agreed location seems like a win, persuading the agency maybe a different matter though

Home working
I've had it verbally agreed with the PM for my next extension
Having never been offered any before, is it usual to have it mentioned in the contract ???Tags: None
