    That's where it gets complicated and political, the extension lists the site I'm currently at but which they will have sold by the time the extension comes in

    So I can't sign it yet becauses it's wrong and list the site I currently visit

    The bad thing is because of redundancy procedures with a lot of the permies being tied into a business case for moving the site, they haven't 'officially' decided on a site (Even though I know unofficially they have) so difficult to get that right yet...so I've got to stall on the renewal arrangements but with three months to go it's not a big issue yet

    The agency as usual have just sent out a copy of the old extension with the dates changed

    Mutually agreed location seems like a win, persuading the agency maybe a different matter though

    Having never been offered any before, is it usual to have it mentioned in the contract ???
