    It's worth pointing out that this legislation only applies from December 2010 onwards.

    They already have ruled against them http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/budget-update...tax/wms-aa.pdf

    I can give you a rough estimate if you give a breakdown by tax year, and say what PAYE salary you received.

    Eg.

    2009/10 - £50k
    2010/11 - £53k
