ContractorMoney

I had a very positive experience with them. I applied for a mortgage, but for some reasons I've been turned down by the lender (not enough credit scoring...) But they are apparently very professional, know their job very well, and are apparently able to advocate the cause of contractors to lenders very well.

I've got my mortgage through somebody else right now, but I will definitely use them again in the future.

They found me my current lender. Hassle free, high street and no self cert. Small fee added to loan amount. Worth every penny.

I have used them for stuff and know people with mortgage through them. They seem to know their stuff, and most importantly can arrange a high street mortgage at 4 x annualised contract rate with very little hassle/no need for accounts etc.

Hi Guy's,

has anyone used ContractorMoney for gaining a Mortgage? Im going to get one! got the 10% to put down now jumping in before the interest rates boom.

Any comments not not just about ContractorMoney, i haven't got the 25% for the selfcert so thought i might try one of theres.
