I've come to the opinion of "**** them". If I get audited and found guilty of anything I will contest it, go bankrupt, get a crap job in McDonalds and a Co-op bank account and live happily ever after in a council dive.
Just wondering about something that occurred recently. The agency I am with has suddenly announced that they are currently investigating 'offers and initiatives from 3rd part suppliers'.
Any thoughts on this? Not sure I would ever use some of them but in the interim even expressing an interest stikes me as being dangerously close to a "staff perk" and therefore to be avoided at all costs since it would draw me closer to IR35. What do the rest of you think? Any comments or am I getting HMRC paranoid?!
