I think I will stick with SJD - can't be bothered to sell all my kit to myself to get down to a cash balance that MVL online needs.

There was a bit of discussion about SJD insolvency here.
I'm partially behind MVL Online who should be a good fit for you and have been discussed a few times on this forum over the last year and a bit.

Closing myco.
I'm taking up an offer of permidom and am taking the opportunity to get rid of myco.
I will have about £50k in the company after CT and VAT is squared away so an MVL seems the way to go to get ER on a capital distribution, so the question is: use accountants service (SJD) to do the MVL or pick a specialist?
Anybody got any MVL experiences to share?Tags: None
