In terms of including rental property income, expenses and mortgage interest, is this pretty straight forward to do with the online SA ? It is litterally 3 boxes like rent, interest and expenses or would you recommend an accountant do it ?

    thanks
It is fairly straightforward if you are used to submitting your self-assessment online.

Having said that, using an accountant makes your life easier and you might benefit from their advice in terms of what can be claimed etc.
