No you won't be able to claim travel or subsistence on the Northampton contract as you spent more than 40% of your time at that site

The extra contracts make utterly zero difference. It's all about location, location, location.
You are spending more than 40% of your time travelling to one general area - no expenses

Two year rule with 3 contracts
Hi Forum
I have three contracts at the moment. One, in Northampton, wants me on site most days, I might work from home once a week. I have been here for 2 years so I hit the 2 year rule. But my second contract is for a company in West London, they never want me in the office, and I do a couple of hours a day for them which I fit around my other work. Lastly I have a contract with a company in Pinner, they will give me work from time to time, I never go to their office.
So can I claim expenses, as I am doing some work for the West London contracts from Northampton?
I live in Berkshire.
