Ok cool thanks for that info. Any idea how big the fine is as I may not have submitted those forms..

You'll have to do an annual return to companies house, which will be sent to the registered address of the company to be filled in. You must also (or have an accountant) prepare annual accounts which run from the date of company inception to the same date the following year (and the year after etc). I think an abbreviated version of the accounts needs to be sent to Companies house too, or maybe its the IR... have you got an accountant? they should be able to take care of this stuff for you. You will have had to file the P35 and P13 for the tax year too... but this should have been done by now... if you haven't done this yet then you're in for a fine.
