    I hear that agencies sometimes charge the client for the employees national minsurance, I guess that is where they make some of their huge profits so why cant we claim it back as I think its ours anyways (isnt it?)

    Hi,

    Is it true that you can invoice your recruitment agency for NI contributions?
    A colleague tells me that he has always been claiming about 12% on top of his daily rate from his agency.
