I hold dual citizenship for both Italy and South Africa. I own property in both the UK and South Africa and will be working on a 18 month contract in Budapest Hungary. I will be paid by a UK based company who hold the contract and they happy for me to bill them as I wish.

I have review the payscheme plus scheme and simular schemes but understand there is a potential risk with HMRC. What is the most tax effecient way to earn my salary which is not liable to tax avoidance ?

I have heard of umbrella schemes, LTD companys and composite schemes ?
