Waldorf, you are right of course. The cells have been formatted to hide formulas. Duh.

In the end I went with the PCG Template, reasoning that any rumpus with HMRC over contentious wording, errors or omissions, then PCG will be there to help sort the mess out.

ContractorCalculator Dividend Template
A heads up to anyone planning to use (or who has used) the dividend template document at <snip>
The example shown on the web page is correct but the templates documents <snip> contain a slight error:
Tax Credit: £{tax credit amount = dividend paid x (10/9)}
should of course be:
Tax Credit: £{tax credit amount = dividend paid / 9}
"Published: Tuesday, February 19, 2008." so hopefully not too many caught out by this.
