    Yes - same as it is this year! Just a higher tax code and lower higher rate band.

    34370 Additional to higher (40%) rate 2012/13
    -12000 Salary to be paid 2012/13
    30475 Sum of above

    Max div to incur no further taxes = Total * 0.9 = £27427.50

    Correct?
