Hello All,

I was supposed to start a new contract last week, however I haven't been able to start yet as the PO is not yet in place according to the agency. I still haven't got a revised start date from the agency, so its now looking less certain as to whether this gig will really go ahead.

The contract has been signed by both myself and the agency. Three month contract, the agency has to provide me with 28 days notice in case of termination (there's no provision for me to give notice).

I just wanted to check whether there would be any legal implications (breach of contract?) if I were to just walk away and find a new role with another client?
