Also had very bad experiences with these guys,
Very bad service, no anwering or return of calls, calls going straight onto voicemail, losing paperwork, attitude problems.
Have now set up LTD company, wish I would have read posts on here and done that, but you learn from mistakes.
Would be very pleased to hear from anyone who has suffered same experiences with JSA Chorus, please feel free to contact me directly, to my personal mailbox on this site.
thanks John Boy Smith

I used JSA for three months while I set up my Ltd Co. I didn't use their managed service, just went for the basic employee type service. They were ok, paid on time and didn't mess things up. However, they don't offer any assistance should the agency screw up even though technically the contract is between them and the agency! I think that's common of all such companies though which is one of many reasons why it's better to have your own Ltd Co.

Most people here, myself included, would recommend own Ltd and contractor specialist accountant rather than some sort of managed solution. If you want to go that route, Simon from SJD and Darren from 1st Accountancy Solutions both post here and are recommended by many.

Gave them up a long while back for messing up my accounts. They added ghost invoices and just would not get rid of them dispite several requests
. Above all whenever I had a query I could not get to speak to anyone with a good command of English, thats not being racist but I would like to understand what is going on with my money. The accounts were being passed around the workforce so had several people calling me to answer the same query again - got a bit annoying.

They're tulipe with a capital 'S'. They don't answer emails/phones, they're expensive and inept.Originally posted by FunkySupaStarHi,
I've just got my first contract and a have decided to go the limited/managed company route.
A former colleague has recommended the contactor accounting firm JSA.
Does anybody on this forum use them? Are they any good?
Thanks in advance
All of the above is based on personal experience and if someone from JSA would like to refute this then PM me!
