Incidentally, as you mentioned Ken, we won in every respect in court and were awarded significant damages and costs (which we are yet to recover). Interestingly he is a Forbes Young "associate" and owns Forbes Young Scotland.

One of the guys I work with has set up with them - looks pretty good, and a darn sight cheaper than my current "specialist" accountants.
