    The IR have already advised that they're cracking down on managed company's not those that genuinely set up their own limited company's and managed by themselves....complete trash!

    Lies Lies and more Lies

    My friend phoned up Prosperity 4 about there managed Ltd Company service and asked what the difference between this and your own Ltd Company was.

    he was told not to set up his own Ltd Company through another accountant, as the Ir was cracking down on this, and he would experience IR35 problems.

    he would be better under the Prosperity scheme, as he would be protected from IR35 (although still recieving dividends).
