I know there are a few threads around regarding Capita, but am looking for recent experience, in case they have changed the way they deal with their contracts.

I don't recall opting in before being introduced, so I am going to assume that irrespective or whether I opt in or out, that I am opted in by default.

Does anyone know if Capita's standard contracts are IR35 friendly? (I don't need the bumph about the working practices that what matters, I already know that!) I plan to get the contract reviewed regardless (assuming I get the role that is), but just looking for the general opinion.
