    It's called a dual tax agreement.

    All it means is that if you pay tax in a foreign country that the UK has an agreement with (which is likely to be higher than in the UK), you will be credited for the tax you have paid in the UK.

    Plus as different countries have different ways of employing contractors you may not be using a company at all and even if you are it would make no sense moving your personal money to your limited company.
