In principal, your calculation is correct. However, the PA in this current tax year is £6,475.
In the new tax year the rates are PA of £7,475 and basic rate tax band is £35,000 giving a total of £42,475

Net Dividend Calc without any Salary - Before higher tax rate
Can anyone confirm this calculation for me:
Tax Band: 37,400
PA: 6,470
---------------
Limit: 43,870
Net Dividend = 43,870 * 0.9 = 39,483
All the samples I've found so far were with salary payments etc.. so I could not be sure about this.
Cheers.Tags: None
