Does this stay the same, even if the contract is with me personally and not with the business. I am in currently a middle of a contract with carphoneware house. Can I switch the phone direct debit to business account and get away with not changing the contract?
    No.

The contract needs to be in the name of the company. Then you can claim the entire bill. If it is in your name, then the company can pay for any business related calls that you make, but no other calls and no line rental.
