    You just need to complete an online form that gives details of the directors, shareholders and shares in issue. When you log onto webfiling there will be a list of forms - the one you want is halfway down the page and includes a note that it costs £15. You can pay the £15 by credit card as part of the filing process.

    Just had a reminder from CH saying i have 1 mth to file my annual return.
    Cant ever recall doing this before unless Brookson have done this. Anyway i do have websiling password. But before i get lost in the CH website ....
    any clues welcome...

    do i need to submit any forms to them electronically or is just by filling in online boxes/forms?

    (now i dont want to get in their bad books now)
