You will need to show payslips, believe me the UKBA will refuse if they can't tick the 'Payslips provided' box.

Ask your accountant for a reference letter. They can state the fact that you are an employee and director as well as giving details of income (salary and dividends) or confirm the contract details if they've seen it. They shouldn't charge you to do such a letter as it's quite a common request for mortgages and the like.

Applying for Permanent Residence in UK - Proof of salary

    I need some help....

I'm in the process of sorting out my Permanent Residence here in the UK.Part of the application says I need to show employment here in the uk and show the payslips etc etc.

Now as I'm "employed" by my LTD company and only pay myself the minimum salary per month, I don't want to show them those payslips as proof I'm working.

What would be the best way to show I'm working/earning a salary/etc?
Do I show them my LTD company info/letter from the accountants that I'm a director and proof of dividends paid to me?

Hopefully someone has been through this process before or could advice what is the best option to prove "I'm working".

    Thanks in advance!!

Working...
