Just to let you know that there is a useful but short thread on the Shout 99 website for small businesses (including contractors) on what you should do if you are under investigation from Gordo. It's worth taking a read.
The thread is called 'Representation' and it's on the 'Ask a legal expert' site page and there are two responses from solicitors/accountants. Read it and print off the page and keep.
