    I somewhat doubt HMRC have approved a method of writing off loans that avoid tax from benefits in kind.

    I can't say that site would give me a lot of faith if I had a large EBT scheme potential liability. A distinct odour of rodent.

    With the spelling errors on that site it doesn't look terribly professional, plus the sensationalist figures tell a tale.

    Our Tax Experts have developed an HMRC approved scheme which allows EBT and EFURB loans to be written off
    I somewhat doubt HMRC have approved a method of writing off loans that avoid tax from benefits in kind.

    I can't say that site would give me a lot of faith if I had a large EBT scheme potential liability. A distinct odour of rodent.
