Norla / Edge / EBT / HMRC
Looking at other topics EBT is not a new subject !!
Failed to do proper due diligence before joining Norla/Edge Isle of Man EBT scheme in 2008.
Lesson learnt !!
I bailed out after 10 months.
Now received HMRC Special Investigation notice.
Questions:
- Has anyone on a Norla/Edge EBT experienced a Special Investigation and what was the result?
- Did you find Norla / Edge helpful ? they have not responded to my request for an "HMRC Registration number" for their scheme (so presume it is not registered?)
- Norla/Edge are using Advantage Accounts for tax advice on dealing with HMRC enquiries - anyone have experience of this company? did they defend your position or did you have to respond directly to HMRC?
thanks in advance for your responsesTags: None
