Anyone used Companies made Simple?

I just wondered because I used Companies Made Simple to create my Ltd. I have asked them to generate some extra shares for me a while ago but not heard anything back. I have just dropped them an email so I will see if I get a response? Just wondered if anyone else had tried this at all recently?
