    Hi,

    This hasn't actually happened yet but there is a definite ... lethargy in my current agents' behaviour regarding invoices so...

    Can anyone tell me what the situation is in Belgium wrt chasing invoices ? In the UK you write a letter giving 14 days before legal action will be taken then you get one of the very cheap web solicitors firms to write a letter. If that fails you can start a claim via the web.

    So what's the equivalant course of action in Belgium ? And links to the relevant websites would be useful too...
