Yep, when Debbie left (or sold up?), the service went through the floor. I left em about 6 mths ago - glad I did now...

IIRC they weren't qualified accountants, just IT bods who set up as 'accountants'

Cool.

I switched from them some time ago (when Debbie Lane left).

They became:

1. Rude
2. Expensive
3. Prone to errors

So I ditched them.

Glad I did.

It Accounting online customer??

They have just bounced a cheque on me, and their bank advised me that they are in administration. They are showing up on the Companies House as in administration.
