Give Thomas Zitzelsburger of expattax a call and ask him, he's based in Germany. I, along with others, use him for my accounts and he speaks the perfect queens English if the queen came from Dublin. Very helpful and came highly recommended to me from several members of toytowngermany (a german expats forum).
