Are you going to be able to get a UK bank account whilst not resident (or a Danish bank account for a UK company?).
I already have a personal UK bank account, but will probably open a Business one as well.

You can enter a correspondence address AFAIR, but it was a few years ago.

Your registered address has to be a proper bricks and mortar address in the UK (i.e. no PO boxes) which you have done with your accountant's address.

Your trading address can be whatever you like AFAIR.

Whats the purpose of the company? is it simply to make trade in the UK easier, whilst all the actual work will be done in Denmark by yourself as a sole trader?

How about registering the company to your Accountant's address? However, I don't know if a non-uk resident is allowed to "own" a Ltd Company in the UK, regardless of where the company is addressed to.

A UK ltd company is just a legal entity. I'd guess that perhaps only about 20% of the companies listed with companies house as "active" actually do any trade or behave anywhere close to what is traditionally thought of as a company.
