Qdos have a good reputation on CUK for that sort of thing and I'm sure I've seen another name suggested, but it escapes my mind at the moment.

The most important consideration with IR35 is whether or not your working practises will put you outside and not what it says in your contract.

Hi all. I am in the process of leaving Norla/Edge/EBT (yes, yes...I know!) and set up as a Limited. Here's what I need:

IR35 compliance check on my contract

Amendments made to said contract, or replacement with other suitable

General advice on IR35 compliance do's and don'ts
