From what I've seen...
They are cheap because they do sod all!
They don't process expenses during the year. You keep all your receipts and they will "help" you with your tax return at the end of the year (and charge you for the priveledge). You then get a tax rebate.
Interesting umbrella model.... I'm pretty sure that if I was using a brolly I'd want my tax relief on an ongoing basis.
