    More likley you've not send them a zero return for your quarterly payments.

    give the PAYE people a call - they are always helpful to me.

    On saying that, I did get a second letter from them for missing PAYE. I managed to screw up their system by paying the money too soon and their system allocated the payment to the prior quarter - so I was flagged as not paying thus quarters.

    It took two sets of calls to get them to allocate the money to the correct period.
