    OK, since I'm so nice...

    The sample PCG contract says that termination can be in line with the Schedule. The sample Schedule says client can terminate immediately, service provider one month.

    Whether that is their actual advice is a completely different matter, though - you should ask them what they advise. Just because it's in their sample schedule doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with changing that.
