    Lawspeed IR35 Contracts

Legal specialists would be ideal for this, how about Lawspeed?

We have a range of sector-specific contracts designed to reflect arrangements that are outside IR35, these are industry-tested and Revenue-tested.

A contract alone will not keep you out of IR35, when it comes to the crunch it is working practices that count. A good place to start is www.pcg.org.uk which has many draft contracts available as part of the membership fee.

Remember, a free contract you find on the web somewhere is worth exactly what you paid for it.

Recommendations for sourcing a written contract#

    Hi,

I've just signed up a client but I need to draw up contract that will keep me out of IR35.

Can anyone recommend where I can source a contract (or draft contract)?

    Thanks

    Rob
