    Please see the BN66 thread and many others discussing these sorts of schemes.

    HMRC compliance can only be assured when the scheme has been contested in court, until that point it's a crap shoot. It's entirely likely that HMRC will start investigations that will last for years and could wind up with huge tax bills and penalties.

    88% take home is a lovely idea, but not realistic unless you have huge legitimate expenses or stash a massive proportion away in pension schemes.

    Has anyone had experience of contracting through an Isle of Man based company such as Darwin.

    They are offering 88% take home and are fully HMRC complient.
