Anyone got any experience contracting in Singapore?
Anyone suggest the most tax efficient way to do this:
> Contract through my UK Ltd (unlikely that this is a good option).
> Umbrella company that operates in Sing (anyone know any).
> Set up a Ltd in Singapore.
I'd only go to Singapore because I can't get work here in the UK - hence I am going purely for work purposes (that's my story and I'm sticking to it). Does that mean that I can claim as business expense:
> Flights from UK to Sing + occasional flights to\from UK\Sing for the duration of the contract.
> Accomadation costs whilst in Sing.
Any experience to share, or any advice is greatly appreciated.
Contract would be 12 months.
