I started in June 08 and left December 08, so does this mean my old boss has not been paying my taxes?

Also could someone clarify what 'Proposal to Strike off' means please.

Any help or advice would be great.

    Cheers

You could ask HMRC for all the info they have on you via a DPA request which should show what records they hold for you and this company and it is free.

    Proposal To Strike Off

This could mean either that a Director has filed a 652a form to strike the company from the register, or that Companies House will do that as the company has not filed either annual return or accounts.

This does not mean that the taxes deducted from your salary, if this is what you refer to, have not been paid.

If you needed to know more about the companies house situation you could download all current documents from their website, it costs a few £'s.

    Hope thats helps

    Phil
