If they are still trading, not under administration, or liquidated and they owe you money they have to pay it now, not when the whim takes them.

Read it and then go open a can of whoopass on them!!!

As it's not too difficult to guess it's very bad news for me as they still owe me a bit of money back from January (when the contract ended).
Any recommendation on how should I chase this?
What are my chances of getting the money back?

I'm still in touch with the end client and thay have paid their money to the agency (as if it mattered).

What should I do now, now that the invoice is overdue by some 4 months?
Hi I am in an almost identical situation with an Agency called Positive Selection although they are still contactable and say I must await their court case against the HMRC to see if I will get any money!

Did you manage to make any progress on your case?

Assuming you dont get detailed advice here (which you will, eventually), do any of your insurance policies or professional memberships, or bank accounts give you access to a free legal helpline? If you have an accountant, they may be able to help.

Is the implication here that you are working for them? If so, good luck.

    started a topic Agency's disappeared?

    Agency's disappeared?

Has anyone worked with Nationwide Resourcing Group based in Warrinton?

I've tried to contact them recently, but none of the phones, websites or emails seem to work.

    Do they still exist?
Working...
