You would be better getting your contracts checked by Qudos or B&C as your accountant wont have the expertise to do IR35 contract checks.

    Ir35 contract reviews

just going through my contract reviews with my accountants.

i have 2 rolling contracts with 2 different end clients - basically work for them on as and when basis (i have my own LTD co)

Review come back and said because i stated i work on numerous projects for these clients over the past 2 years i need to get contracts that state each project individually.....

is the norm? never got questioned like this 12mths ago when i had the same contract reviews with same clients etc....
i know i can pay myself dir. fee and divis as i am not an employee of these clients.
what do i need to do? (if anything)

Working...
