    Corporation Tax reduction

Without breaking the law, what are the options for reducing Corp Tax liabilities, I know you can maximise expenses & pay money into a pension but rather than paying a chunk of Tax are there any legit schemes you can invest in or offset against?

I dont like the pension route as it locks the money in until retirement..

    Any thoughts on this welcome
