man you are behind the crowd. see the bn66 thread at the top of the forum. this has been ongoing for a year, you have a lot of reading to do.

first ,send all your notices to Montpelier for appeal, their is a judicial rview pending challenging the law known as bn66 (s58) which is a retrospective change. there is also a lobbying campaign you are welcome to join. also a european human rights challence by Steed. dont panic yet... just read through the forum. our glorious leader Donky Rhubarb has put together list of important posts you should start with, this is on page 1 of the thread
