    I don't think they will attack during the recession - it would not be very productive.

    Dragonfly showed that substitution clauses were pointless unless the client would truly accept a substitute - the doofus actually stepped up to say he wouldn't! But its just one aspect - if you're relying only on notional substitution clauses then Dragonfly gives you an issue.
