    There are a lot of accountants around - many (including me) post on here. I would choose carefully as it seems you may need a bit of handholding and thats not always available. Your own ltd is completely different from umbrella working and you need to accept this fact and that there will be a bit more (not a lot more) work and responsibility for you.

    A good idea might be search "Accountants" on this board as the question gets asked fairly regularly.
