    I've just remortgaged with Halifax at 4.29% - no legal fees, no valuation fees. But then I am employed by my brolly, so I don't need a self cert mortgage.

    Which raises the question - what are the benefits of a brolly over a ltd when outside IR35 ???

    Looking around at Self Cert Mortgages.

    The best I have found so far is Halifax at 4.29%.

    Anyone else got any recommendations or experiences. Pro's Con's etc all feedback welcome.
