How to charge for FREE Orange Broadband?

Hi

I have free broadband as I have a personal orange contract mobile. I work from home and used to charge my broadband costs to the client I worked for, who were happy to reimburse my Ltd.

However now it is a bit difficult. Can I charge them the cost of the mobile contract per month?

I suppose it's similiar as getting Free Sky broadband with a TV package - does anyone do that?
