Moving from contract to perm? Doing the financials?

    Hi,

Ive just been offered a perm job which begins in January 09 and given the current climate, have decided to take it. Ive only really been temping via a limited company for 5 months.

Can anyone advise on whether/when to make my company dormant - does it arouse any interest in HMRC?

I normally submit a personal tax return each year and this year will be a bit complex (rent, redundancy, old salary for 0809, new ltd salary).
