    What makes you say you've picked up it would be a bad decision to close the company? Do you think that would arouse suspicion?

    I've got similar feelings, it's not an ideal way to live is it, in fear something could happen six years down the line which could wipe you out potentially.

    I haven't been in this situation but if I were you I'd close myco ASAP.

    I think the revenue has enough to do without trawling through dead companies.
