This info should be on the Memorandum and Articles of Association, which you should have got when you set up the company, which will give you the subscriber shares. Also you might have done a 88(2) form issuing new shares?

How many share have you issued? If you can figure that out, I'm sure you can figure out how to enter it on the accounts.

Hello,
I'm doing my first limited company accounts and am filing my web return on companies house. I'm a bit stuck with how many shares etc to put in the number of shares issued page?
I've tried searching forum but can't find anything, so it may be very basic!
